Recently, I have noticed that my Windows Vista Laptop has a slower 3G/HSDPA Internet Connection than in XP. WTF!
I thought this problem is already been fixed by Microsoft in SP1.
Bandwidth monitor: my XP Computer is 50-100kbps faster than Vista SP1 with the latest Updates. ???
Microsoft Says: "Windows XP does not support the TCP receive window auto tuning feature. Instead, a static value may be configured in the registry to try to improve throughout."
I will make some testing and find a quick fix because the update above doesn't work work me :(
